we have seen that socialism and capitalism stiil having issues and its effecting many countries.how can this issues efect the globalization and why it so important in the global economy?
It has been clearly stated that a centralized market is the wrong way, and examples have been given. So can we state that neither free market is the solution because of the current global crisis? How the next market should be? A balanced market between no totally free and no totally centralized or an entire new formula?

Sugar has gained an important role over time by its kind deeds on human body. Indeed in the context of slavery and industrial revolution it has been a strong booster. Not only that but it is also a link in some parts of the world.
Sugar increased productivity in a less time. Actually, its metabolism on human body free energy therefore labors are more productive. It was also part of a slave ration for its beneficial effects previously cited.
Sugar is a mere and cheap way to escape from the daily misery. Moreover it is consider by labors as a pleasure.
The production of this so desired commodity link Europe, Africa and North America through the Atlantic Ocean. By then England controlled this trade.

Sugar: Consumption and Power

Sugar was a luxury that everybody could not afford to themselves. It was first produced in New Guine before being wildly known with its expension by the Portuguese traders. It was a sign of bourgeoisie to have sugar available at one's house. High classes people were recognized by sweet meals they offered on ceromonies. Nowadays it becomes different and we can even say that people living in poorer societies, feel greater pleasure than we when consuming sugar. Mintz also argued that diet is a social, not simply a biological matter. Society determines what, when, and how we eat. In England, by the time sugar was a luxury, working classes needed to consum it for better health. They were afraid of fresh fruits eaten in quantity. To be healthy and assume a meager supply of protein, the working classes needed sugar, because without it, many of the laborers died from bad nutrition and/or spread of gin drinking(which was common at that time). They needed sugar in order to have all elements we need for the well-being of our organism. Kowing that fact, laborers were given sugar at break times for more energy and abilities to work more.
But, even during the centuries when sugar were entering into the diet of the English people, there was no conclusive evidence that the basic diet of most people was otherwise improving.
Sugar became as important as other durable luxuries like gold, ivory, silk. But, from exotic luxury, it was transformed into a proletarian necessity.

After my reading of the Kriegel I have got an overview of the history of copyright and its influence on culture. I try to link it to my main topic which is globalization and actually no obvious link comes to my mind. However, in a certain extend it is linked because it makes new type of commodities move and influence in a certain way culture. Moreover, when in a country the industries are focus on commodities that they do not use in their own countries to fill other far markets it is somehow connecting the world.

Culture and the Copy

This article of Lara Kriegel (the author) explains the begginings of the calico. The calicoes are cheaply printed cottons whose success lay at the heart of the consumer and industrial revolutions and also deeply affected uniqueness and European's culture. Hillel Schwartz declared that Westerns have lived within a "cultural copy" on the past three hundred years. Right now, it would be so hard to fight against calico trade and "cultural copy" because it has became so wildspread. A global problem that we are facing nowadays and which cannot help remove calico trade and cultural copy, is "piracy".
If in the past hundred years, Members of Parliament couldn't resolve that problem, how could it be resolved now. Members of Parliament, merchants, and manufacturers whose loyalties crossed party and region compaigned to extend the copiright on designs and used a lot of different strategies in order to fight against piracy. But at the end, designers begun being less concentrated on doing excellent things because they know that their designs would be stollen and they won't take profit of it. Life is much more stressful for nowadays' designers. People I do not envy at all, are musicians. With the improvement of the internet and other new technologies, it is easier for pirates to steal, download and sell CDs as if it was theirs. If we take a look behind us, we can notice that musicians used to sell millions and millions of CDs. Micheal Jackson, The Beattles, Elvis Presley, Ray Charles, and so on, have sold millions of album and they still keep the record of best sellers. But nowadays, if we take examples as Jay-z, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Youssou N'dour...etc, we notice that they are maybe more popular than those first cited, but of course they sell less CDs than them. It is just because they are unlucky to be born when the new technologies that directly or indirectly improve piracy have developed in an extraodinary way.
No policy is able to fix the problem of piracy. If it was just a problem with pirates, it would have been less difficult to fix. But the problem is that almost everybody is deeply involved in.

culture\copyright

Over three hundread years ago, shwartz sais that we will be living in copy culture.Actually has become common, necessary and atractive, but on the other hand all this copies have made original more valueble and significant and at the same time noteworthy.
One of the activities of early copyright law was the MP off Belffest(capital irland)-tennent he mantained that strong law of copyrights will automatically curtail disign piracy.Further more, many extension avocates debated that tradition of original production will end up being compromised.
The changing geography of trade the way is merchandised and the largening consumer base made copying of calico from india sob continent to ingland became famous along with chinese porcelain.Eventually the urbain culture in britain begun to see some transformation in the way fashion was interpreted, specially the appearence of women of british.though birtain passed a law to proibit importation of calico there was surging artisanal printing trade that sprung out from places near london with main abjectif of the copying the outlawed indian production.
By the Mid ninetheen century, the trade had expended byond borders to rich US,Asia,South America and Africa.
In cloncusion, copyrigth law in modern world has become of great significants to rising industries. It serves as great regulations to minimize or hold piracy and other potent or original cretives ideas,it is very important that copyright law continues to be absorved and respected by all.
